Services

We offer private charters around Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Boca Raton. During these private charters we offer sand bar excursions, swimming, snorkeling, sightseeing, sunset cruises, and dock and dine. We try to accommodate other requests if they are approved and planned prior to Charter date.

Pickup, Drop off, and departure time

Pickup and drop off locations will vary on certain factors such as desired route, activities, and amount of passengers. Our Charters typically start at 10am or 3pm depending on the selected Charter. We also offer the option of custom charters, that may start at different times to accommodate sunset or dining requests.

What to bring

Water, soft drinks, ice, towels, and fuel are all included in the charter price. We advise you bring sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. Please bring your favorite drinks and food, such as alcoholic beverages. We advise you bring lunch or dinner, if dock and dine is not requested. Ask us about our catering/private chef options.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the Charter fee. We recommend at least a 15% or greater gratuity, which is given directly to the captain and crew upon completion of your charter.

Captain and Crew

A USCG Master Captain and professional crew is included in the Charter fee. The Charterer has the option to bring their own Captain and Crew if desired but must be approved prior to Charter date, otherwise a Captain and crew will be provided. Please note, a Stewardess is not included. The crew member is there to assist the Captain. If you desire a stewardess, you may request to add one for an additional charge. Contact us to inquiry on adding a stewardess.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This is to secure your date and time, and the remaining balance is to be paid before the Charter date and time. Please note, if the remaining balance is not paid in full prior to the date and time, the Charter may be cancelled and no refund given. The charterer has the option to pay the balance in full at time of booking. We use Square to process all credit card payments. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal will be accepted after prior approval from the Trident Team.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received by the Trident Team in writing via email at Book@TridentYachtCharters.com. These will be reviewed case by case and must be received 7 days before the scheduled charter date. Full refund of the deposit will be given once the cancellation review is completed and accepted. If the Charterer chooses to cancel the Charter less than 7 days prior to the date, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded, and if the cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the Charter date and time, no refund of the deposit will be given. Cancellations due to unsafe weather at the Trident's Team discretion will result in a credit to future charters.
